Limitless potential to grow if you are a self learner. Initiatives and out of the box thinking always appreciated. Absolutely no issues with trial and error.

Clueless Leadership. Misalignment of undeserving people in important positions. Low salary, low appraisals and absolutely no benefits. HR is invisible. No specific Escalation Metrix if you are facing trouble.

In terms of work it was more effective and i learnt a lot of new strategies skills. Merkle is the best for employees who are starting their career in Digital Marketing.

No appraisals and promotions. Work load will increase but our salary would not increase.
