... approachable for any help/counselling/clarification for any required employees. Capgemini pay scale is good in the market. Have to see if they change their mind in the coming days. HRs are not much helpful like in most companies. A few politics are there but it seems company is better than many other companies in this aspect. There is a channel available to report every concern and it is addressed positively.

Capgemini has degraded now, the leadership management sucks and the peanuts salary they are providing is only to feed 1 person, they are changing policies frequently at all levels with no prior notice.

Leadership is not having proper vision, consideration for employees have reduced a lot over the years, they hire mostly fresh graduates and women employees to pay them less, really bad increments, people with 10 years of exp, staying here are earning way less than market standards. if you wish to stay stagnant and want no growth monetarily join Capgemini !

Salary, bit underpaid. Capgemini will pay higher for the same role if they want to hire somebody new however they won’t pay the same to an existing employee for the same role
