They offers a good package and I believe that's the only good thing about the organization.

Dislikes

There is zero work life balance, you have to do 12-13 hours of shift daily and working on weekends is common here. Company has poor management, there is no coordination among different teams regarding project delivery.

Work life balance and all the other facilities they provide like cab, leaves, medical benefits etc are totally awesome

Salary, promotions and appraisal are the areas wherein they need to work...also internal job postings should be more transparent.

Dislikes - Sexist management, Heavy Politics, Office Culture, Learning becomes stagnant, Low Salary, No Benefits, Super strict work hours, basically this place is an extension of school, you won't feel like you're in corporate now.

Working at Mercer has been a rewarding experience. It has a great working culture with no requirement to log-in or log-off at a particular time. Team is young and thus you get the opportunity to learn with the peers and also showcase your strengths. Its a great place to work in the early part of your career.

... is below par, particularly as you get more experience within a particular role. Monetary compensation is average and should improve further to retain the best talent.

Lack of support from manager. Too much favouritism culture exists. Also they have now increased heirarchy which has made way too difficult to reach into a people manager role.
