There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. they only looking for business. Not transpercy in progress report and other things. Very pathetic company. The employee which is senior they not increase there package but the employee which is new hire they gives good package as compared to Senior once.

...h corporate standards which will help a new employees to sharpen his/her skills.Compensation is also good as compared to other companies.Friendly ambience with right work life balance.

Infrastructure is good leaves are good they do not deduct money for leaves of absent salary is on time, interaction with onshore team . This company is very good for married people.

Incentives policy change quatorly to annually You will get as per performance if you are leaving company before December you are not eligible to get incentives amount.company is good but peoples are not good. senior employees rules like college if you cannot learn things quickly they will past a negative comments just on your face,and also pass negativity about you to your manager without your knowledge but some teams are very good supportive and helpful .but in my team they made me cried for 2 times in the office and many times mood off. But if you are a person who can fight back at an cost this place is good for you.

Good part is providing cabs for both side, providing 3 times meal facility. Comfortable job and job timing. Great environment only for womens.

...here is no aprreciation of work and there is poor self Development / Learning. Bonus and benefits depends on your rating which is poor, also Quaterly incentive.

Likes

Supporting Management and colleagues. Vast working environment where you can apply you skill set and also learn new things. Good exposure to the market and better understanding of client handling tasks.

Dislikes

As i was on a third party payroll, i didn't get my salary on time. Though i got the full support of Mercer's HR team but it was very ineffective in regards to my query as the third party was not responsible for their work.
