When I was joined MeraKisan Company people told me its a Part of Mahindra.... Just because of this I was Joined.... This is only Like for me...

They never paid Salary on Time even no TADA.... Nobody Reply if you want clear any thing about Business.... Distributors fund is big issue as face in my time. No settlement of distributors claim pending from long time...

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
