Work Culture-- Mentis is just like family, management and team leads, they not only provide guidance in professional life but they also understand personal problems. Management-- In very limited time, Mentis has achieved a lot in data security market, Rajesh (CEO), Padma(VP), they know what they are doing. Interesting thing is that they promote talent instead of their background. Company policies-- 1. Company is very supportive during work from home period during pandemic, didn't take much time to streamline situation in order. 2. Very friendly and family like culture. 3. Best thing is flexible work timing.

Dislikes

Not much, sometimes some things related to work here and there but they are sorted quickly.

Likes

Great workplace for freshers. People are really supportive. Management is easy to reach and issues are sorted pretty quickly.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Sometimes things may be stressful but that is how the work is everywhere.
