Autonomy and empowerment is high. There is opportunity to show end to end ownership and do some great work in building and growing brands. My manager is supportive and is open to feedback and listening. Work timing is little flexible and some people are very friendly.

Dislikes

Toxic managers and work culture. If they want to remove you they will create a fake record and alligate you on your performance. First the core team members should have the sense to judge what is wrong and what is right. Just they will take all inputs from the new joiners and take action rather than trusting the old employees who worked for many years. This happenes only in the Technology team. Other core team memebers are quite good compared to tech team.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
