The only person I liked was HR Ma'am as she supported me genuine intent when I was in need of my WFH. Certainly of Prem too who has been managing CX

I had a terrible experience with someone who has a back up of management for doing anything for her juniors. Her name is Sandhya Govindraj who used to be my manager and people whom she managed except a few from like Sneha and Navin, she behaved so rudely and poorly that all left and 1 is struggling there because she has a daughter and have no option as of now but literally she has been the night mare for genuine employees. My story is pretty simple as below: Since I left Mensa, I just admit that I used to get suicidal thoughts while working Sandhya. She was so pathetic and rude with me and used to poke me for anything and everything,. When I took WFH due to my mother illness and HE team was also okay. She went up to all my team mates and told that I faker my mother health docs and even my brother who has been in the bad for 16 yrs, she commented that why did I show my brother to HR and all I showed was a fake story. She even reached out to mny people to fire me and finally I resigned. When I was blr office. She used to come late and always started talking about how can all disciplined. pls track her in and out time, she has never been on time and never left on time, during working hours , she used take extra breaks and speaking negative about everyone behind them. Even for Hr and Vibhor, she spoke negative. She mentioned infront of me that Prem doesn't know anything and Prem is someone she wants to throw out.Even she spoke negetive about Rajat as well to Sneha, her partner in crime is Sneha and Navin and she speaks everything with them. They three targeted me when I was in blr. Sandhya wants to run her own monopoly and never allowed good employee to stay in the organization. In the past and now she never liked people from outside Bangalore. She made a fun of my English and she also spoke negetive and pathetic about Prem which I can't disclose. She has been extremely negetive and jealous of Abhijay who is far smart than her at least in work. Sandhya is someone who knows nothing and maximum good employees left because of her. She also informed her team members about recent retention bonus which was offered to her by the HR and she refused and absused Mensa in her language in front of her two closed members. Since i was near them so I heard. She needs to be removed from the process or else such employees will never allow anyone to grow and lower the organization reputation. Who talks or make mockery of someone's autism and mother health but she did it. Now without job i am feeling relaxed and will do something to grow in my life. I must also tell you that people never leave company because of work pressure but employee like sandhya who has been so poor and many complaints were raised about her from previous employees but HR team feels all employees at the junior levels were wrong and only Sandhya is right. How did we she speak about retention bonus and how did you guys allow her to run her backery with a 15 days leave during Christmas to manage her peak in her buisness .
