... one person. In a project it is not enough to give increment only to superior.for example I have a 6years of experience as a Store Associate and my salary is only 16k This is condition of the company. The company will move forward only if everyone works together as a community.

Good experience and good company, but old employees (5 to 7 years experience persons) salary is lower than recently joined skilled labour. Apart from old employees salaries and promotions the company is excellent 👍

...t, the company has a great responsibility to review their employees welfare too. How much they are paid, how much should we pay, is it according to the market value or less. No, they don't have time. If anybody questions, they are out of the screen.
