Good experience and good company, but old employees (5 to 7 years experience persons) salary is lower than recently joined skilled labour. Apart from old employees salaries and promotions the company is excellent 👍

...t, the company has a great responsibility to review their employees welfare too. How much they are paid, how much should we pay, is it according to the market value or less. No, they don't have time. If anybody questions, they are out of the screen.
