Their food and other infrastructure are good …this company is mainly suitable for Telugu people.or else u should be an experienced candidate

They will also hire fresher pay less and they will expect experienced person output .if u are from Ap/Telangana then they will keep you in billing department even though u didn’t know to do civil billing even after one yet experience in the same company and they will also recruit surplus employees and they will pressure them to go out of company or else they will transfer them to site were the food conditions are very worst it will not be similar to head office….they are simply playing with employees life

I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

Its a good opportunity to give me in learning and working with professionals to share their experience and I am liking mostly combined team work chasing monthly targets when ever trying to for a good name and daily get up-to-date.

... learn many more works daily to up-to-date, then the other persons based on him. *Here work is heavy salary is poor *Here timing are not good *Sunday is not a holiday

I complete 2 year 7 months service in meil.No increment from 2 year 7 months.company remove 3000 employees on August month with 3 days notice Period.November month Company remove manufacturing unit -2 employees.company remove employees more than 18 years experience on meil group also.not given preference to old&new employees.Company recruitment for new employees.after completion of project remove employees.Please avoid this company.

...imal is better than meil group.small builder company is better than meil group .Hide salary deductions more in meil group.If ctc 50,000.employees recieve net salary only 38000.
