4 years no increments @ There only future for Telgu peoples. If you belongs AP. Hyderabad. Bas aapa chappan karo only time pass then after they will get transfer to home or promoted in front of you. Manager and other senior's are only telgu. There is to much partitialy with north INDIAN

...omplain ki woh dono mil jayenge or aap ko kam par laga kar 50 50 share kar te. Maximum logo ka salary package aap 12000 se 20000 ke beech mai milega or baki jo hai woh log sab saloo se pade no increments. Mera jo manager tha woh RAMU Aluri Woh megha mai mess chalata tha Assam project mai then bas woh kya setting hai ki woh Barmer mai manager the only BA Pass jo ki level hydro testing foreman ke sath then usko RCM bana diya ... 80 crore . 7000inch daya job work ka project 3 sal mai complet nahi kar paya then aaj bhi whi kam chal raha hai. Waha planning waka 2018 mai aaya then 3 month mai resign kiya then ek 20 hajar ka rakh

...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.

The positive thing in MEIL as below: 1. Salary on time 2.Job Security 3. If you work on 4 sunday ,2 leaves extra you will get. 4. Benefit for working near to home. 5. Sufficient staff given for working. 6. No working on public or company holidays

Dislikes

1. No promotion and increment from start till 2.5 years, after 2.5 years the appraisal form will process. 2. Avg. working culture 3. For Engineers ,in one room three peoples adjust. 4. Poor mess facility. 5. Yearly only 25 leaves for each employees. 6. In and out both punching is compulsory at site level as well. 7. Poor safety culture in Highway projects. 8. Poor support from management for the site staff from local problems. 9.No Skill Development

Worst CGD company in India. Only people good in politics can stay here or if you have great connections with the higher management. Top management can never see how the ground team is suffering because of the middle management ( All telugu). AP -TS GA’s are worst GA’s because of there management team in AP-TS. Only telugu people can survive here. Relatives of top management people can enter into the megha gas without any interview. They don’t know anything about pipelines. And after joining they act like goons in the GA’s. Managing and controling everything. Looting money from accounts without any reason, misusing company vehicle for personal use. And in the end they get promotions. They get more increments. And person who actually do work get nothing. Most of the people in megha gas filled with this kind of person. Mostly in AP-TS GA. Because of only one person who head of AP-TS. Eliminate that person and improve the management. GA Will grow.
