It s better to give appointments for employees in their region that means , South and North, Why Because, The Company staff and people shows partiality for every reason. It's not good and Dislike

They have a wide range of projects so the learning can be effective if one shifts from one to another project after a year or two.

Salary is not according to industry standards and moreover GET's are paid according to their merit in degree exam.

Get to explore different parts of India and solving various engineering and infrastructural problems of rural and urban India at ground level.

...ly of native state employees. Lack of recognition of work. No work-life balance. Low salary more work. Worst shifts of 12 hours per day. Only Half day holiday on Sunday.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.
