...COMING HERE AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DOING SAME WORK FOR THE LAST 2.5 YEARS BUT NEITHER DID ANYONE GET A PROMOTION NOR DID THEIR SALARY INCREASE. PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THE COMPANY FOR THIS REASON ONLY AND THIS TREND CONTINUES. I THINK THE COMPANY SHOULD THINK A LITTLE ABOUTE THIS.

There is a lot of politics and the management didn't address our issues salary is decent but but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to nee joinees

Yearly 2 times bonus and food allowence monthly, no working stress. Health card is also available total family this is the best option and insurance cover 10 Lacks
