...is high sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours.managers are not respond properly..and salary increments is 2 years once..now a days others experiences very much so i have no satisfaction..

... cannot distinguish ourselves as engineers compared to supervisor and foreman. Compensation is good for high designation people but it is little bit less for freshers and Engineers
