... one person. In a project it is not enough to give increment only to superior.for example I have a 6years of experience as a Store Associate and my salary is only 16k This is condition of the company. The company will move forward only if everyone works together as a community.

... cannot distinguish ourselves as engineers compared to supervisor and foreman. Compensation is good for high designation people but it is little bit less for freshers and Engineers

I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

Its a good opportunity to give me in learning and working with professionals to share their experience and I am liking mostly combined team work chasing monthly targets when ever trying to for a good name and daily get up-to-date.

... learn many more works daily to up-to-date, then the other persons based on him. *Here work is heavy salary is poor *Here timing are not good *Sunday is not a holiday
