The company is not like 5 years back. Nothing to like in this company now..

...ated annual benefits won't work out and 3 months notice period is into play now. You have to pay back the company to get a receiving if definite notice period is not served.

MEIL presence is in humongous domains. If u are working at HO, then the food provided at subsidized rate is good.

Dislikes

Work culture - huge discrimination among genders expect at HO. Salary is not at par with norms. Huge deductions from one's salary which is returned in name of bonus to after an year. Whenever you leave the company u'll face monetary loss. Leaves are not provided as per HR policies. No proper company policies. Strict 9 hrs working culture. Come what may you have to come to office.

...festivals. You have to use ELs / CLs. Increment will be given every FOUR years. They just use you to serve their need for a lower salary. If we ask for an increment they will not give you. They will look for a person who works for the same salary and they will make you resign(using different techniques). Managers here wish that the employees should fear about them to follow their orders. But they don't know that the ultimate fear comes from respect towards them. The managers/management are uncivilized, orthodox and very protective of their positions. They don't know how to treat people. Conclusion: If you are a below average (talent) person and not finding any other job and not expecting any growth financially and if you need hyderabad location and don't want to use your brain and just follow your manager's orders like a tamed dog barking that your manager is great and don't care about dignity and if you want to do the same routine work, this is the ultimate best option for you. If you are talented then ask 40% more on the salary you are expecting as there will be no increments for four years. Freshers can work for 2 years (not more than that) and can gain some knowledge and experience (especially civil and not recommended for mechanical) and leave as soon as possible(Bermuda Triangle).

In an emergency time work support from office is very good.

...NO House rent for family in site location,Food Allowance is only 2000 per month.Neglecting old employees in increament time and they offer new employees more salary.My salary is equal to new employee Sr Engineer salary.It is very bad 😞.I have been working here 12 Years but no growth in my salary.
