I don't like the pay.....when u have knowledge then there is nothing more about pay. I feel the pay is low and working hours for family man doesn't fit.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In Meil Irrigation is the best department while compared to other departments coming to Benefits/ Arrears other bonus etc. While the work also includes more irrelevant to Duty timings. Coming to Meil as a Trainee i had learnt many things regarding work and how to managing the workin difficult situations, work management, labour management, Project coordination, Site execution etc. During covid 19 we used to work as Meil provides Hand sanitizers, amd Nose mask, identify ing the employees with Symptoms and making Necessary Test/Treatment and also providing Safety awareness regarding Covid 19 in regular intervals.

During when i was A Trainee i had faced many problems and situations personally regarding lack of experience and Problem solving no one provided a helping hand during work Time and i myself came through all those obstacles and managed the works and situations.

...s they only work progress at any cast, company policy is fare if you go in deep.Salary ontime. (Above content depending upon your behaviour, relation and senior level person ,it's depent upon site to site).

No timing , flexible working ,travel within specific area , Increment and bonus after every two years financial month of company, too work pressure and work load .
