...ing without license. No GHMC License. No GST No. No IT Returns. No Telephone No. Not following Indian Labour Law Guidelines - Violating Labour Law Norms - Employed staff at Meelaneb Consulting Services Private Limited and taking work for US Clients/Business in the name of Big Idea Technology Company, billing clients in US Dollars including Tax but paying employees in Indian Rupees deducting high TDS (very poor and low salary). No bank loan approvals/sanctions due company not having proper standard and stability. Very little staff count (<50 employees) and poor non-english speaking/understanding staff. Heavy TDS deductions in the monthly salary. Not following proper deductions structure and doesn’t have much awareness of different TDS Sections and Tax Slabs. They hired one incompetent accountant with Dubai experience who doesn’t know Indian Tax Structure and she is messaging up our payrolls with huge incorrect deductions. These deductions are going into the company/management’s pockets (specifically Aleem Quadri, the CTO cum Owner for Meelaneb Consulting and his Friend cum Director Jaypal Reddy) in the name of Government. - Sneha Devulapalli, TAM.

They threaten you of salary cuts, demotion and termination if you raise a salary hike request or complain about co-worker’s or manager’s harassment. Work place harassment. Biased management. Supporting female employees. No learning curve. No technical know-how’s. IT support staff with very poor technical knowledge, doesn’t differentiate between a router and switch. Doesn’t know what an SD-WAN is or what a Firewall’s role in the network. No knowledge of ISO/OSI network model or 7 layers of network topology. Tech team always asks small small doubts to the IT Manager for basic troubleshooting. Poor tech support team, couldn’t troubleshoot or support company’s own internal IT/Network issues. Fake company running without license. No bank loan approvals. You have to run from pillar to post to get small personal loan which will obviously get rejected. Unhygienic kitchen and toilets. No lunch room available, should eat in the meeting boardroom. No parking facility. No security for personal vehicles. Sudden termination without proper reason and justification. Will be blamed badly at the time of termination. Office building in front of graveyard. Complete darkness. Dogs barking and chasing staff in the night after logout. Building not maintained properly. Unsafe for female employees as it is a complete night shift job. Cameras on the head in the office. Can’t take 5 min break, you will be penalized with capital punishment. No hygienic coffee/tea available. You have to load and unload 20-liter mineral water bottles to drink 1 glass of water. No maid for cleaning desks or brooming floor. Unwashed, used plates in the kitchen always. No janitor to clean toilets. Poor unprofessional office staff and colleagues . Whistleblowers will be terminated inhumanly.- Venkat Anjan, IT Manager
