My True words about this organization. Two Great Factor of the are company culture / Skill Development each and every person of the institute is very humble and supportive to give you the KT on each factor of the Product. If you have bit of Innovation and self learning then this organization truly yours. leadership is really supportive here I want to break the protocol due to some true words here i have learn so many things and I have found three gems "Mr. Nikhil Survey, Mr. Sunil Gogi, Mr. Shivraj Chipde" of my life who are very calm and cool and they are filled with real talent of Radiology Imaging Industry and helpful on the some points of personal life factors as well. About Compensation & Benefits it is good but some time on some factors company is restricted in their protocols otherwise you don't want to lose the support and work culture of the organization.

Dislikes

Overall everything really good and well managed but i just want put a comment this is about day to day Organization needs to improve the Knowledge and Training plan for employees for daily activity. They has to be cross check employee's Knowledge level about the products and their versions and support them to improve the quality.

Likes

Team leader and project manager helps the team players. Very helpful and joyful working environment but very bad experience after leaving company. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

I don't like the way HR behaved with me when I have return to the organization for my pf and form 16. They have restricted me just like I am no one.

Like a "Lala Benia shop " . No standers policy. After resignation, PF, gratutie and other declared benefits settlement like a "COURT " job. A bone-less HR.

Dislikes

Time of increment, starting wrong politics and create intentionally harassment for termination by local lower designation guys.
