Company promoters are doing lots of hard work for the betterment of company's efficiency in terms of production, market and employee relationship. They ask for work but also give sufficient reward for the same. The culture is such like that company's promoters shares the same dining table with staff for the lunch...And that is how they are very enthusistics with familier approach.

No sallary they giving. They giving dates & dates & dates. Whenever u demand sallary they talk about sell & performance & financial issues & sir not available & all. IN SHORT NO SALLARY.
