There is a big list: 1. 0-Job security (Literally zero) 2. Salary won’t be given. 3. Bond amount won’t be given. 4. Policies mentioned in the offer letter aren’t followed. 5. Worst work culture 6. Unprofessional Team leads and manager 7. No planning for the work 8. Unwanted and unnecessary pressure put because of lack of planning 9. Even after years of this project being started, there is no proper workflow. Without any form of intimation that the performance is bad, my colleague was fired . He was told about his termination and was given literally 15-20 minutes to decide either to take his salary and bond amount or offer letter. His salary for the worked month wasn’t given and also the bond amount was not given. These guys warn you saying that they will give a bad background verification after all this. That is why my colleague is not able to report all of this. Definitely not a place to work. Also, work-wise there is very very less you learn after a point(generally this is the case with most teams but that point comes way faster than others). People who are no way needed to involve and they yell on the team in-front of all the team. This is not a professional manner.

I joined this organisation as fresher, the learning opportunities and skill development for a fresher is good. If you can keep up with the pace they reward you good.

...ities in office and out office are missing. Work culture sometimes become toxic. And compensation are really hard to get.

Good points: - Free ice creams - Free Coffee & Tea - Free Lunch & Dinner Otherwise Worst company to work with. No Learning. No Career growth. No Work Ethics. No Professionalism. CEO has made his Family members in charge of different departments like Supervisor, HR Managers, etc. So if you go to HR for any of your problems, it would not be considered as your problem instead you will be in more trouble as HR is only going to do what Your Lead or Management is going to tell.

...So that time will not be counted in your day. And you need to do 8 hours strict. 8 hours are minimum but they force employees to work for 12-14 hours Everyday and even on weekends without overtime pay. Manager is playing so much politics that he has made his girlfriend lead of QA - BA team, his best friend as Developer Lead. Manager won't listen to you or your problems he just want you to work in any type of situation. Work environment is so stressful that you can not talk to the person sitting beside you during work. They treat you like a student in Primary school. Please don't join this company even though they give you higher pay. Because at the end what matters is work satisfaction, Enjoying Life, Mental Health, Learning, & Career Growth which is not at all in Meditab.

No work life balence, if they tell you to work more hours without pay you will have to otherwise they might fire you, no promotion are provided here, i got fired for a miniscule mistake so no job security. They won't provide work from home even in case of emergency, i was hospitalized and then i had a complete bed rest i had to be on leave without pay cuz they won't provide wfh

If you something like "government job", this company is for you.

...ut) No appropriate appraisal ( I got an appraisal of 4% ). No work life balance. I see people working 15 hrs with no extra pay.
