Qualification : B.Tech./M.C.A
Working Experience : 4-6 Years on full Stack (Java, Spring, hibernate; Angular, Java Script, html, CSS)

Role and Responsibilities :

Have a command on Java tech stack.

Can manage/guide a team of 2-3 developers.

Allocate 70-80% of personal time to hands-on coding tasks.

Manage the requirement cycle diligently.

Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.

Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion.

Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.
