Good work environment and culture, company pilices as very good , bonus every year and very fast growing company.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address issues and salary and career growth is very slow, pramotions time is very long 3 to 5 years take to give next pramotion.

There is 1yr training period and 1year provision after completing u got permanent employee.

The company is readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that the company always taking care of customer by providing better service.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work more than 12 hours in a day for 10 to 12 day in a month to fulfill customer demand.
