Dislikes

Monopoly of old employees, uneven distribution of work load, too much work pressure . Employees unnecessarily stay beyond duty hours for show off.

1. Have a good housing complex. 2. Make available all required items within the reach 3. Provide isolate transportation.

Dislikes

1. Less carrier growth. 2. Frequent shutdown. 3. Night shift duty. 4. Less salary. 5. Reluctant to give to earn leave. 6. No value addition from boss.

Various types of job you can do.safety information is very good. Opernutaty for Panel operations.

Dislikes

...13 hour duty. Two time company name and woner change.some time company say loss. Job load vs salary not good, salary structure very poor (junior have more salary)

Company's work culture is too good. Learning and development scope is very high for employees. Company care not only in employees but also environment.

Dislikes

Promotion is too much challenging for non managerial employees.

Likes

1. Since the company was set up and operated primarily by Japanese, some excellent working culture, safety practices are followed here. Working days are from Monday to Friday with weekend off(Though it is not applicable during plant emergency & shut down maintenance). However people get extra paid holiday in the name of comp off for working during off days. 2. People are cooperative and inter-departmental coordination is very much visible. 3. One of good feature is its Township facility which is well maintained and have some of the modern amenities like club facility, swimming pool, tennis & football fields. 4. Company gives a lot of emphasis on the environmental policy which results in clean and safe working atmosphere for its employees. Its green belt which is spread over an 100 acre itself is a worth visiting place and very few companies maintain such high standard of plantation and water harvesting facilities. 5. Even after nose diving to its lowest point during 2015-16 when company is was on verge of closure, company has bounced back in a very tremendous style and continuously posting excellent profits after that year after year. The new management team from plant & HO after TCG group takeover has a clear strategy when it comes to embracing the latest technology and trends in the industry.

Dislikes

1. Though office politics are everywhere, it does not spare MCPI also. Someone is always there to give negative feedback about someone to senior management. 2. Some of the good practices are getting diluted. 3. As the number of positions in the managerial cadre is very less, it is very much difficult to get promotion unless one is the favourite of senior management of the company. People of some department get promotion at regular intervals whereas some departments has not seen any of its people getting promoted in years.
