There is no reason to work with MBA. They don't have minimum culture.

Dislikes

...pletely illiterate. They don't know basic practice of how to work in operations. They don't have any culture as well, there is no salary time, They mentioned every month will get the salary. But don't believe on this.

Dislikes

Compensation & Benefits are not completely satisfactory and the job timing as they stretch the work time about almost 1-3 hours without extra compensation or Benefits.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
