Nothing. I would not recommend anyone to join this organization unless they don't have any other opportunity

Dislikes

1. The compensation is less compared to the industry standards. The year-on-year appraisal is too low 2. There is no proper structure/vision in the organization. 3. The deadlines for the projects keep getting postponed again and again. 4. There is no proper coordination between the teams. 5. 90 day notice period. It used to be 30 days, they made it 90 days as many people are leaving the organization. 6. Most of the teams don't even do a code review which is basic in any organization to ensure code quality 7. The company hires recent graduates and make them work for one year as an intern before giving them the opportunity as a full-time employee. Recently, they started hiring contractors instead of full-time employees. All this to reduce the cost to the company. But they are not realizing that by making decisions like this, the quality of work being done has been reduced drastically. 8. Nearly 20% of the CTC is given as a bonus. The company's strategy is to stop the employee from leaving the organization and to make them wait till the end of the year for the bonus. I am not sure if it's actually working

...ple are smart and hardworking and willing to help, even away from working hours. Compensation should be increased, however, as it is far below industry standard right now.

...ial institution, more process oriented and little outdated technologies to work. Salary is little low compared to outside market, but job safety wise good. Colleagues are good. Overall good to work.

Job security and work life balance. Packages at par with service based companies but less than product companies.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Most managers are functional and lack technical skills. No perks other than salary.

The company is like a government organisation. Once you get an opportunity to work here you will know that you have job security. But the kind of work they do is not ordinary but top class.
