It's more like a house than a company. Salaries are often delayed, usually around the 8th, 9th, or 10th of the month, and often paid incorrectly. The owner, Amjat, is very rude and doesn't treat employees well. He often blames agents for poor sales performance, regardless of gender, and sometimes makes inappropriate comments.Nivetha is dishonest and has cheated customers by booking pickups for export and taking their money without delivering the goods.The facilities are minimal, including a lack of proper dining areas. The HR , Hema, is ineffective and often passes the comments about the agents badly on to the owner. . Ultimately, customers are often cheated, and I strongly advise against working here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
