Fake POSH policy - incident- one Senior Management member is looking at female staffs very inappropriate way , but company doest not took any action against him, instead they removed two female staffs who complained about him. The Female Owner of the company Mrs.Uma is very weird always talks about cast discrimination, talking bad about staff member’s character, abuses staff members whenever she wants, terminates people as per her mood, supports mental harassment, supports bully, very unprofessional and unethical behaviour towards staffs.

The company is mainly managed by one person that is Uma Shankar. All the decision is been taken by her. on the other hand she is very racist and doesnt have much idea about the techology inspite of running a tech company. Politics everywhere, No work life balance sometimes u have to spent more than 12 hours thrice in a week

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
