I was working as Agency Manager but an employee can always give resignation due to boss n HR, Specially I would mention here about HR Mrs Surbhi Chopra worst HR I have ever seen and Mr. Robin Garg worst boss. They both don't deserve that position.

Internal Politics. Forcing people for OT without pay and if you deny your growth end. Unsycronised working process. Working ways will make your personal life hamper.

...you need to put so much effort on the table and carrier growth is at slow pace . Salary is negotiable but not awesome.

There is nothing much to learn in insurance company.I personally never wanted to pursue carrier in insurance sector but destiny has its own plans.

They offer good salary to a fresher as compared to their competitor's, quality team is good. They also provide adequate training of the product.

Work pressure is immense, seniors always talk about numbers and always insist you to achieve target by hook or by crook, bootlicker s can easily survive. No place for hardworking and honest employees. Even you need to come on holidays as well without getting any compensation for that, and you also need spend extra time after office hours.

Progressive company which is open to new ideas. Good pay master Honours, rewards and recognizes good work. Good working environment.

Dislikes

Too much of planning and little focus on ground implementation often leads to poor execution of plans.
