Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the center, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of employees, ensuring their performance, development, and motivation.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Drive sales growth by effectively managing and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Monitor and manage center-level budgets and expenses.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team on products, processes, and customer service.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
