They want us employees to reject the claim of policyholder. we get incentives depends upon how many claims we have rejected. So its fun to reject genuine claims and make company profitable, which gives us extra comission. so basically customer come to company by their cheap policy rates and company saves money in advertising. Niva bupa gives big chunk of profit to policy aggregator like policybazaar so that they turn leads to us. ur work starts as soon as any claim comes. We are instructed to reject the claim by any means, else out job is in danger.

Nothing to dislike. great revolutionary policy, Why to retain customer? retain them till they pay premium, when they claim, throw them, India is full of stupid people.

I was working as Agency Manager but an employee can always give resignation due to boss n HR, Specially I would mention here about HR Mrs Surbhi Chopra worst HR I have ever seen and Mr. Robin Garg worst boss. They both don't deserve that position.

... over multiple years in the company. No escalation matrix no feedback mechanism. They can hold your salary and 90 days of resignation period which is nowhere justified. Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. Never join this company even if there aren't alternatives available.

Job security is good. Plus if you are in any department other than sales/ops, you can have a good work life balance.

The base is salary is lower than that of industry standards for lower and lower middle level mangers
