...et you use the full benefit of that leave. So basically it's just a showcase. 3. Appraisal meeting/Salary. The manager will decide your rating and then come to an appraisal meeting. I never faced this or heard this but it happened in my case.

Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Dislikes

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.

There are too many layoffs Unprofessional Managers and leaders. No salary Hike.No job security.Bad work environment. Don't spoil carrer.They will insist everyone to give a good review in the glassdoor and other platform to get good ratings.They even don't have food court, cab facility , medical room.can't give even any rating for this company
