There is no work-life balance, and the management exploits employees instead of valuing them. The overall environment is stressful and unprofessional. Not recommended for anyone seeking a fair and ethical workplace.

They are given Minimum average salary . There Hr. Mangement keep of All Employees Original Educational & Technical Certificates 3 month notice period after resignation also during salary hold

Design HOD is very poor mentality favour of Design Employees. Not any growing future

Muchh boundaries, anybody can feel like he is working at gun point, management's thinking and working process is too old, companie's policies in company's favour as like MNC but for employees is like lala chhap.

Office time is worst. The coming time is strict at 9 am for junior staff but there is no leave time. Senior use to come at 11 am or 1 pm

The company gives the opportunity to learn the work independently and seek advice in case of any difficulties ;even CMD is ready to guide you if needed.Regular follow ups done and one has tobe regular;present reports and visit outdoor sites and even out of India.So long you work properly the job is secured and assured of regular increments but the work has to be result oriented and not for the sake of work.Very Cordial.
