...even provide tea. Only politics ,seniors are worst. No guidance just blame game. salary below average wage of a worker. You will never get any support from the company in hard time.

...the last moment she denied for the position while she already eaten my 4-5 days. She convinced me for package and told me that ok we are sending you offer letter according to your expectation but next day she denied that we can not give coz our client is not permit us to do this while she already committed me that you can resign from your position so that you can join us early.

Please understand policies before joining... Policies are totally against the Employee. Policies are change in every month. No relaxation, No work life balance, even they can ping you at mid night...Their work is most important than you health. 6 days working, Nothing to learn, The hire PHP Developer but the PHP Developer are just Data Analyst. Spoiling career of PHP Developer.

Job security is good here, i am working as developer, and i learned a lot here, they are working in product, and company product is very good, and there is huge data, Learning is also good, the management gave access to work and use different tools and modules. Team outing happens in half yearly. here appraisal is also good, management is doing good for everyone. flexible for timings and others.

no indoor games and cafeteria.

Leads are Excellent...Having Great knowledge. Supportive environment. Excellent opportunity to grow within the organization. Work pressure is there but hay...Where doesn't and rough seas makes good sailors.
