Managers and leads should start working rather than pushing the work on the team. Leadership are coming from service based are damaging the product based company culture and defaming the massmutual fame.

Work life balance at its best and they will give you flexibility when there is right reason and if they know you are not misusing it, job security is also good if your performance is average to good. Free cab facility and free snacks.

Dislikes

Less chances for skill development, sometimes you might feel you learnt nothing. Otherwise everything else is good.

Hybrid working, Great people, Job Security. MassMutual as a Company is Good (Due to its US counter part).

Dislikes

Management is too biased. Hikes and promotions are only for favourites. Be your manager's puppet and you get everything. Top management has NO TIME to listen to employees concerns. They ONLY listen to manager and unfortunately Most of them are Toxic and encourage bad culture. Management is US is ready to listen to you but not your immediate managers and people above them in India. I kn it's a LOL. MassMutual India management is staining the MassMutual US culture by encouraging backdoor entries and hiring people of their choice irrespective of their skill level. A Good place for starters and people who want to sit at comfort till their retirement, but not for someone who is looking to do something big.

Dislikes

There is no transperency in the leadership especially with the leaders I have worked. As it included working with MM and sister company in it there should be clear rules and expectations for employees instead of changing them frequently according to the leader personal comfort which has made the work atmosphere toxic and lead to the present attrition rate.
