Its a privilege to be associated with Maruti Center for Excellence, as it is an Ocean of Knowledge related to Automobile Sector. This organisation has helped me to learn a lot and develop my skills as an all rounder to deliver better quality products to our customers. This organisation follows the Japanese culture at work place. We have been amazingly supported by our Organisation by not deducting our paycheck's or by reducing manpower. They have been responsibly taking good care of health of all the employees. Well I have teammates of all age groups starting from a Graduate Trainee to well experienced seniors. Since its a consultancy related with Maruti Suzuki India.

Dislikes

Salary package and appraisal are average as compared to other organizations of same field. There is a lot of traveling day in and out. The work life balance gets affected and sometimes even it takes toll on your health.

Since April 22 New management appointed by Maruti Suzuki , This firm is not Maruti Suzuki . New Director is very egoistic, very cruel and does know about human beings .

Dislikes

This is very small firm of 60 people working here , and no one is happy . Neither they are getting salary as like Maruti Suzuki nor mental peace. 1. Very bad behavior of of top management 2. Very aggressiveness 3. Very talkative , New management want shut your voice . only they tell whether you want to listen or not no matter . 4. only this firm has retired people as decision makers 5. Nothing good facilities since April 22 .

...Excellence basically they have taken Maruti Suzuki from Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. But Neither salary nor other Benefits of Maruti Suzuki . Only Uniform is same.

If i count dislikes in finger then we have write too much .. 1. Everywhere is cost cutting 2. No leadership 3. Everytime you have to earn money otherwise you have to leave company . 4. SO called HOD , they are sitting empty everytime becuase they are ex marutian . This place is only time pass for retired person of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd or those people who sent here . 5. Those HOD dont want any one to come up side ...They criticize the people . 6. This place is only for politics hub 7. Those HOD is only having meetings everytime

This company does not have any likes , Please keep in mind this is not Maruti Suzuki at the time of interview ,people show this is Maruti Suzuki . Very hard working timings

This is very small firm , This firm has very worst policy , currently Name changed to Maruti Suzuki Center for Excellence but lease dont confuse Its Not Maruti Suzuki India Ltd . For new Joiners its request please don't join otherwise you will regret . Very bad politics . Only Ex -Maruti Retired get promoted to next level .This place is only for retired person from MSIL

Job profile shall be specific and shall change with designation , every one is doing same job with 1 year experience or 10 year . Career enhancement training shall be regular so that an individual can develop and keep himself ahead of industry which is demand of this job profile.
