Average, not good not bad. Company facilities will make you change your mind to leave company.

Dislikes

Need to improve quality of products. But not really a good experience as I expected, no salary given during covid pendamic which states company culture towards their employees which made me change my mind.

Marshall machines Ltd can not be able to help any body because they are not able to give salary and expenses to our employees how can they help the others. Till date this company used to many persons without salary and kick out them without salary I am taking strong legal action against this company .

Marshall Machines Ltd is one of the chip company. It is not given my salary from Dec-19 to till date and expenses from sep-19 to till date. I given resign on feb-20 but they are not accept my resign also.

...t and mostly dependent on Automotive sector, we are facing huge drop in revenue. Management had taken a holistic approach by taking a decision of "No Firing" and compensation to be deducted by some percentage depending on the levels. Working ar Marshall is a great learning at all levels and it keeps you updated on the latest Technologies related to Manufacturing Industries.

Work life balance takes a back seat in Marshall.

Only the work environment and my teammates...no work pressure...you can take long vacations no inquiry for that... This is good company with no benefits

Salary in cash and very low... They will not give you salary in your bank account... No medical security no benefits... They don't give bonuses on diwali...after a year.. Very low hike about 5 to 10 percent for all employees...
