Worked 16 years and worked very hard for Marshall,Marshall but at end they have not given our salaries for 2 month and Gratuity of 16 years. Very bad experinece of life.

Although MD is quite aggressive Sales man but machines quality is not supported by the manufacturing team.

Company is struggling for finances, Salaries never comes on time. In my entire career here it was always delayed by not less than 15 days time. My own expenses submitted not yet received worth Rs. 2 Lakh till date.

Work Details

I worked here for 2 years. In tough market also we were able to get order against Ace & LMW but Marshall was never able to supply those machines on time and even after machine supply the quality of the machine was not up to mark as expected.
