It's ok company to work with, you see all indian owner running company are same end of day

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there. In fact all hotels has same problems people are working their head to toe but they are getting peanuts as salary. It's seriously a shame on the industry, been like this and will be like this.

The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

I learnt a lot from renaissance Hotel Lucknow . In the lockdown period each n every employee got salary. So it was big thing. I am very grateful to this company staff like Manager n Associate every staff talk to very polite so this is also good. Because u all spend ur auspicious time with me for all these things In the last line I would like to say heart to heart Thank You to all of u

...f COVID-19 and when the hotel reopen we will be hired back but nothing happened. Hotel has been reopened and also they have hired fresh staff on low pay scale and we were sidelined. No support from higher management and still we are unemployed.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. No associate care at all.

They never followed rules His salary structure is very bad in associate leval they are taking hours & hours of work but they didn't paid mony for that even we are in a sick then never care for that
