The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

I learnt a lot from renaissance Hotel Lucknow . In the lockdown period each n every employee got salary. So it was big thing. I am very grateful to this company staff like Manager n Associate every staff talk to very polite so this is also good. They never followed rules His salary structure is very bad in associate leval they are taking hours & hours of work but they didn't paid mony for that even we are in a sick then never care for that

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global client base.as a result,I get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada.but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client location.mine is a KSA riyadh,and they have some officers from Egypt,Nepal's,India,Indonesia,and Filipinos. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration ni also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths ,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times .I do receive appreciation emails from the client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.also,there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is A pain sometimes.
