Everybody nature is great our manager HR other department everybody is good in his work and minor things of employees will be tc by seniors

Company Culture, Unit leadership, peers. One thing I found that management don't listen to answer back they listen to understand and support. Always had the support that was needed.

9hour working and rotational shift is good but the salary is low 17000 month and not so much of over time instead they pay only 50per hours so doesn't mean of making overtime an working on contract basis no benefit of paid holidays and no bonus
