They can't beat Taj. Even though they are big chain so what? They don't even think there employees feeling at all.

...ven help at the time of pandemic when every one of us required mental support. We know that company can not pay a salary when they are not earning. But mentally they can offer to all the employees to whom they said to give resignation with force they can give this option saying that you stay at home without pay once everything is fine will call you at work. But unfortunately, we are jobless due to this company. Very disappointed 🙁 The government should take action against them .

...y for who ever near to the the hotel good for them not for out of city or state. Very basic salary, Only entry level associate will get overtime, not for supervisor level.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies aregood, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's ok company to work with, you see all indian owner running company are same end of day

Work life balance is not there. In fact all hotels has same problems people are working their head to toe but they are getting peanuts as salary. It's seriously a shame on the industry, been like this and will be like this.
