I love working at Marpu foundation as it is a part of a NGO. It helps me learning many new ways of content writing. It also heled me in my growth and boosted my confidence on writing levels. It also has some deadlines which is a great thing after all.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is the stipend and the salary. It is an unpaid internship that is the only thing I dislike.

I enjoy almost everything about working here because one doesn't just learn, you also have the opportunity to engage with people around the world. Which makes it easy for you to be recognized with the outstanding work you get to do here.

Only thing I would say is that we all want to earn a salary never mind the issue of growing as an individual. Since the foundation is an NGO, sometimes one gets motivated when you receive some sort of payment instead of just a thank you.

The environment is really positive. Great for community building. It's a great option for any volunteers it companies who want to work with them. They have multiple programs from which you can choose one that matches with your values and contribute to the society.

Dislikes

Not much. It's a lovely organization. The pay could be more competitive though.
