No appraisal Job security is zero. many resource specially from salesforce where fire recently. HR are mouthpiece of managers. There is one manager Sumit Ghosh who is terrible. He is a Bengali and openly promote Bengali culture. He has openly said that he will make Marlabs a Bengali organisation. He promotes only Bengali people and non-Bengali are left alone. He likes, getting people fired because of him. It is good to join if you are Bengali, please reconsider your thought if you have another offer.

1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. I don't mean that there should be hand holding in everything but direction is very important, that is lacking.

No promotions or salary hike for 2 years and once project got over released immediately if they have provided some opportunities that will be helpful. earlier discussed as continuing as marlabs associate once proj get over and will be assigned to other project but they suddenly released once project got finished...

- I have worked in this company as development engineer for 10 months, I got disappointed wotk culture is not good - Team is so much blaming game in small issue - Product owner has no knowledge about product no KT, - Please please read all reviews for this company for gound reality. - Unlike wat they claim there is a scarcity of clients and the notice period is strictly based on their convenience,so no job security, once the current client's your job is done.

- Company culture - No support from Senior Management - Company Ethics - No professionalism - HR and tools will not respond you - Work-life balance and overtimes

...ked with Marlabs with around 2.5 years. It was a nice experience for everything. Salary was on time, Leaves updates or any kind of communication. It was done proper and with time. Thanks again for the whole team
