...ojects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Don't think twice before joining, think thrice,before joining only if you wants to ruin your mental health.

No promotions or salary hike for 2 years and once project got over released immediately if they have provided some opportunities that will be helpful. earlier discussed as continuing as marlabs associate once proj get over and will be assigned to other project but they suddenly released once project got finished...

...iew Many projects are there but you sent to work for another software company Salary is paid on every end of month 6 month compulsary probation for new joiners but this is a trap to terminate you as well with 30 days notice If you are ok with client then all fine but client company team will skew you My rating is 2.5 stars

Salary reduction will be there you keep watch your monthly and anual payout They are lowering my position to developer even client also expect only individual contributor kind of developer role False spreadout will be there like an MNC in meetings and in emails 26 years old company with less than 2000 employees thats the mind only drill developers this can be corrected

- I have worked in this company as development engineer for 10 months, I got disappointed wotk culture is not good - Team is so much blaming game in small issue - Product owner has no knowledge about product no KT, - Please please read all reviews for this company for gound reality. - Unlike wat they claim there is a scarcity of clients and the notice period is strictly based on their convenience,so no job security, once the current client's your job is done.
