...ojects or new project is coming they don't have much account only few are there., Give you alot more package during joining but make to apply lwp as you aren't tagged to project and on bench they forced to the hell. Don't think twice before joining, think thrice,before joining only if you wants to ruin your mental health.

The company maintains a decent work-life balance, allowing flexibility while meeting work commitments. There’s room for improvement, but overall, it supports a manageable workload.

...echnologies, but there are limited opportunities to apply them in real projects. Additionally, salary growth is not very competitive compared to industry standards.

1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. I don't mean that there should be hand holding in everything but direction is very important, that is lacking.

No promotions or salary hike for 2 years and once project got over released immediately if they have provided some opportunities that will be helpful. earlier discussed as continuing as marlabs associate once proj get over and will be assigned to other project but they suddenly released once project got finished...

No appraisal Job security is zero. many resource specially from salesforce where fire recently. HR are mouthpiece of managers. There is one manager Sumit Ghosh who is terrible. He is a Bengali and openly promote Bengali culture. He has openly said that he will make Marlabs a Bengali organisation. He promotes only Bengali people and non-Bengali are left alone. He likes, getting people fired because of him. It is good to join if you are Bengali, please reconsider your thought if you have another offer.
