Even after contributing more than a year in this company, the company does not provide basic job securities to their employees, poor work culture as the employer can illtreat with his employees anytime using slangs, no management at all as its not a company its a private business and currently working with 1 single employee in this covid-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Co workers were very good and friendly but a very poor employer- employee relationship.

Proprietor of the company do not respect employees, used to engage employees to do personal household work like shopping for daily needs and others such menial work. Also he used to give us responsibilities which was not in my contract and came under my job role. Promised bonuses not paid, minimum level of decency was not their. After I left this job and switched company. Called me up and blamed that I have misplaced his project documents where as I came to know afterwards from ex-collegue it was safely placed in his personal house cabinet. I am being very polite in my words nad not defaming him.
