Proprietor of the company do not respect employees, used to engage employees to do personal household work like shopping for daily needs and others such menial work. Also he used to give us responsibilities which was not in my contract and came under my job role. Promised bonuses not paid, minimum level of decency was not their. After I left this job and switched company. Called me up and blamed that I have misplaced his project documents where as I came to know afterwards from ex-collegue it was safely placed in his personal house cabinet.
