Job Security: Excellent Work Culture: Independence to try out different things, Open and accepting culture, Less politics Company policy: Good on paper, pathetic implementation, non - existant hr, decent options to switch between departments.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR, positively the laziest HR who spends 8 hrs reading newspaper and takes home a fat pay packet. No initiative to try anything new. Frequent change in top management, lack of vision, day to day targets can get you so far only. Poor design team not well trained for their positions dependant on parent company for everything.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policy is good , appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is small cafeteria and don't have gaming arcade for chilling. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...h higher salaries without knowledge after submitting fake degree certificates. people who have no knowledge about product take too much salary because of their references. Chief Manager-HR (Ravi Motiani) is idiot and lazy person. He doesn't do anything for organization.He is only taking higher salary & work is zero. Idiot HR reduces the salary of executive level person when person get appointed and during appraisal too. Top management from Headquarter should take action against such fool persons who wasted the money of organization. Senior Management People from purchase are purchasing items after adding their money in purchased value. Before joining such rubbish people first think about our own career.

Everything to dislike. HR team (1 person only), mentally disturbed person. Unskilled Design team. Blaming attitude. No appraisal for outstanding work. Poor and confuse management. Not beneficiary to work over there. HR and HODs are not standing over their commitment. Very non-sense...
